Nothing. On off-plan the developer pays the commission, so a buyer pays us zero. On buy-side advisory for resale and on selling mandates, terms are agreed openly on the first call — before any commitment. We sign a mutual NDA on every meaningful engagement and publish no client names or deal sizes.

One Central sits between DIFC and Downtown, which is where most of what we sell is transacted and where the family offices, funds and legal counsel our clients rely on already have desks. Being here means a viewing, a signing and a lawyer's opinion can happen on the same afternoon rather than across three days and three neighbourhoods.
